The 2024-2025 Grade 8 to 9 Out of District Application is now closed. The Out of District Application for the 2025-2026 school year will be be available on January 6th, 2025 and close on January 17th, 2025.
Students can use their student numbers as their access code when the application opens on on January 6th, 2025.
This is the only timeframe where Grade 8 to 9 out of district applications will be accepted.
Applications for out of district can only be made for one secondary school.
Parents/guardians will be notified the week of February 3rd, 2025 by the secondary school principal.
If a student is accepted to an Enriched Program, eSTEAM Program or Walkerville Centre for the Creative Arts (WCCA) they do not need to complete the out of district application.
