FOR INCOMING GRADE 9 STUDENTS:
Our six feeder elementary schools are Amherstburg PS (French Immersion students), Bellewood PS, James L. Dunn PS, LaSalle PS, Legacy Oak Trail PS and Sandwich West PS. Our guidance counsellors will travel to these schools for a meeting with our incoming Grade 9 students where they will discuss high school expectations, course requirements and provide instructions on how to access their course request app- myBlueprint.
For those students that attend another GECDSB elementary school but wish to enroll at Sandwich Secondary School for Grade 9, an OUT OF DISTRICT application must be submitted prior to the deadline. These applications are available at your child's elementary school office. Approved applicants will be contacted at the end of January/beginning of February and registration instructions will be shared.
For those students that attend an elementary school outside the GECDSB, ie: Catholic/Private/outside Windsor-Essex county, a downloadable registration package for the 2025-2026 year with instructions will be available soon.
