English as a Second Language (ESL) classes are offered to adults 19 years of age and older who are Refugee Claimants, Convention Refugees, Government Sponsored Refugees, or Canadian Citizens.
Visitors to Canada and Individuals on Work Authorizations are able to attend ESL classes. These individuals are required to pay tuition fees and health care coverage. Contact the ESL office for details.

- Immigration Documents
- Canadian Language Benchmarks Assessment (within 2 years of the date of the assessment or have been attending an ESL program within the last year)
Visitor Tuition Fees
- Day Classes - $439.00 per Month
- Night Classes - $177.75 per Month
- Summer Classes - $329.25
