- Help students make informed decisions about their future.
- Address personal and social concerns impacting students.
- Provide guidance on personal growth and well-being.
- Identify and provide support for students facing challenges.
- Collaborate with Student Success Teachers and other support services.
- Facilitate smooth transitions between grade levels and schools.
- Organize events to prepare students for post-secondary education or employment.
- Collaborate with administrators, teachers, and other departments to ensure holistic student support.
- Work closely with Learning Support Teachers, Student Success Teachers, and other educators to address individual student needs.
- Engage in a collaborative team approach to student care.
- Work with administrators, teachers, Child and Youth Workers, and other support staff to create a supportive and inclusive environment for all students.
- Provide guidance on managing stress, mental health, and overall well-being.
- Collaborate with mental health professionals to support students in need.
- Assist students in exploring post-secondary education options.
