- Property characteristics
- Natural heritage
- Cultural heritage
- Environment
- Building condition (if applicable)
- Geotechnical
- Site location within the school area
- Property value
- Surrounding land use compatibility
- Bussing minimization
- Contractual arrangements
- Property title review
